SAUNA (90–97°C)
Built by professionals, our dry sauna provides high, consistent heat, making it the most powerful in Phuket. The intense temperature deeply warms the body, promoting relaxation and health.
STEAM (90–97°C)
Our steam room delivers soothing humid heat with a special blend of Thai herbs that enhance the experience. The herbal steam nourishes the skin and supports deep relaxation.
HOT & COLD TUBS
Our hot and cold tubs allow you to alternate between warmth and coolness, a time-tested recovery method. Hot tub (39–41°C) – eases tension and soothes muscles. Cold tub (12–15°C) – refreshes the body and strengthens immunity.
ONSEN & ICE TUBS
Handcrafted wooden tubs filled with Epsom salt create the perfect contrast therapy for muscle relaxation and recovery. Onsen tubs (41–43°C) – perfect for unwinding. Ice tubs (4–7°C) – an invigorating cold plunge to boost circulation and recovery.
RAIN ROOM
Exclusive to KEDR spa, our Rain Room is the first and only one in Thailand. This immersive experience replicates the feeling of standing in a cool, refreshing rainfall with a light breeze, offering the perfect cool-down after heat treatments.
